Tim Ellery
Chairman
Tim is the owner / operator of Midstream Hardware, a trade-based hardware store located in Mandurah (WA), and a foundation member of the MAKIT Hardware group.
Graeme Norrish
Director
Graeme has an extensive background in retail-based co-operatives and retailing in rural communities.
Chris Langslow
Director
Chris is the CEO of Denmark Co-operative and has experience in the field of corporate advisory, structuring and capital raising, working in international investment banking in Europe, Asia and Australia.
Brooke Mansfield
Director
Brooke Mansfield is Co-owner and Manager with her husband Glen of Proserpine & District Industrial. Brooke’s business has been a TradeSmart member since 2010.
Iain Kirsch
CEO
Iain, a Chartered Accountant, brings extensive experience in the retail and food industries. His career includes senior leadership roles across national fast-food organisations, CFO of Burch Family Wines (Mad Fish / Howard Park), and General Manager (WA) at Metcash Food (IGA). For the past four years, Iain has served as General Manager of Campbells & Convenience, a national food service group supporting over 15,000 independent and corporate outlets across Australia.
Chris Hall
Director
After a lengthy career in the NSW Police Force, Chris retired from his position as Inspector and purchased Paint Place Wagga Wagga in 2011. He is the immediate past President of Softball NSW, and is now a Board Member of Softball Australia.

Stephen oversees the entire business and leads the Central Purchasing Services team. Working with the board, Stephen focusses on strategic development and growth for Central Purchasing Services and our members.
Greg Downie
National Manager
Greg works alongside our members to help them meet their potential. Greg takes the time to get to know you and your business, spending time on the road so he can visit in person. He is your key contact and here to assist.
Liz Vassi
Finance Manager
Liz takes charge of the financial arm of the business, safeguarding our compliance obligations including rebate distribution and systems auditing. She also acts as the Secretary to the Board.
Wendy Livingstone
Rebate Manager
Wendy looks after all the rebates for suppliers and members to make sure they are collected and distributed.
